An Easy Coffee Cocktail made with Parisi Coffee

It's National Coffee Day!

It's a perfect coincidence that this falls the day after national beer drinking day. But, if you know me then you know I love to spice up my coffee when I can. Obviously, I'm not sipping on any spiked coffee during work hours but I do love a great after dinner spiked coffee or it's a great way to start off a morning brunch! 

Recently I went to a coffee class at the Parisi Artisan Coffee Rotisserie and left with a delicious bag of coffee beans. I learned all about the roasting process and tasted so much coffee I was ready to go for the rest of my day! I decided National Coffee Day was the perfect excuse to break out the beans on the blog!
