Bitters continue to become less scary as I play around with them in my cocktails. What was once an ingredient that I would avoid at all cost is now something that I find using multiple times a month. I know I've talked about bitters a few times on here and I'm here to tell you that they aren't as scary as you might think they are! They are especially fun to play with when champagne is involved. Because, why not?
1/8 of an orange sliced and muddle
1/4 of a mango sliced and muddled
2 drops of spiced orange bitters
4 oz prosecco
Muddle your orange and mango together. Add in bitters and stir well. Top with prosecco and enjoy. You can strain out the leftover fruit or use a straw to enjoy!
