I got a new cocktail book recently that is fully dedicated to the art of the spritz cocktail. I have been finding myself skimming through the book and wanting to try new recipes with other ingredients in my liquor cabinet. I picked up one of my favorite moscatos and started playing around. 4 oz moscato
2.5 oz champagne
.5 oz cappelletti
1 oz rose syrup
In a chilled glass over ice add all ingredients. Stiry and enjoy!
