#TheEveryGirlReads || Devil in The White City

Another month is coming to an end. Can you believe it's almost May? I can hardly believe I've had time to read four books this year. Time has been flying by and I feel like it will be time to put a mimosa bar together for New Years Eve any day now. For my April book I decided to pick up a book I started a year or two ago and never finished. What? Things get busy and it's a long book. Don't look at me like that!

Devil In The White City is a twisted tale of a true story. It's the story of a serial killer that is known as the Jack Ripper of America. It twists a tale between the history of Chicago while they were building the world fair as well as the story of this man who charmed as well as he killed. If you like a book that has history and is well written then this one is for you. Maybe you want something a little more light-hearted? Check out Yes please which I read in February. Erik Larson has a few other books I've seen out there. Have you read any of them? Do you recommend them? It took me forever to make it through this one but i feel very accomplished that I finally did.

Now, what should be my book for May? Leave an option in the comments and help me deicde!
