Did you really think I was going to wait until next spring/summer to whip up another mojito recipe? Quite the opposite. Ingredients for Cocktail
1.5 oz white rum
4-6 mint leaves
1 oz fresh lime juice
2-4 oz cranberry sauce
How to make the cranberry sauce
In a saucepan mix 1 cup of water with 1 cup of sugar. Chop 1 cup of cranberries and add to pan. Bring to a boil, stirring well and then pour into a clean container. Let cool and then keep in your fridge for about a week.
Method for the cocktail
Add mint, lime juice, and rum to a collins glass and muddle well. Add ice and soda water. Pour in cranberry sauce and stir well.
